Da In Park | 朴茶仁

Park studied art in Yewon Arts Middle School and Seoul National University. In order to understand human and society, she transferred to law, a discipline that functions as a mirror of human society. She received Bachelor of Laws with honors at Seoul National University, and continued her studies in Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, before entering the MFA program in Global Art Practice at Tokyo University of the Arts. Park is currently interested in the direction and extent to which art could envisage society and its history as well as enlarge its influence. She also explores how art could offer insights into overcoming hurdles that hamper society in today’s globalized geography. She aims to create extensive installations that visualize institutional layers constituting our society.
