Emmanuelle Huynh
Half Vietnamese-half French, Emmanuelle Huynh studied philosophy (DEA at Pantheon Sorbonne) and dance (Mudra Béjart/Brussels). After working with Hervé Robbe, Odile Duboc, she benefited from a Villa Medicis scholarship for a project in Vietnam in 1994. Upon her return, she created the solo Múa, which inscribed in the heart of her work, multidisciplinary collaboration with artists from different fields (1995). Shinbai, le vol de l’âme with Ikebana master Seiho Okudaira was created in 2009, Spiel with butoh choreographer Akira Kasai in 2011. She managed the National Center for Contemporary Dance (CNDC)in Angers from February 2004 to December 2012, and restructured the school, notably by creating a new master’s degree called “Essais”, offering a dance, creation, and performance training program. She also initiated “Schools”, an international meeting of contemporary dance and art schools (2009, 2011 and 2013), allowing schools to perform their teachings. In September 2016, she was appointed Professor in the field of choreography, dance and performance at Beaux-arts de Paris.

エマニュエル・ユイン
ベトナム人とフランス人の両親の間に生まれる。パンテオン・ソルボンヌ大学にて哲学を学び、研究深化学位（DEA)を取得。また、振付師モーリス・べシャールがベルギー・ブリュッセルに設立した学校ムドラにてダンスを学ぶ。エルヴェ・ロブ、オディール・デュボックと共演した後、1994年にヴィラ・メディチ海外研究奨学金を得てベトナムに渡り、創作活動を行う。ベトナムから帰国後、自身のダンスの象徴でもある「異分野のアーティストとのボーダーレスなコラボレーション」をベースとしたソロ作品「Múa」（1995）を発表。2009年、「心奪(Shinbai) ～魂の略奪、あるいは飛翔～」で生け花師範・奥平清鳳と共演。2011年、「SPIEL/シュピール・遊戯」で舞踏家・笠井叡と共演。2004年2月から2012年12月にかけて、フランス・アンジェ国立振付センター（CNDC）の芸術監督を務め、ダンス、創造活動、パフォーマンスを習得する修士プログラム「Essais」を設立し、同センターの改革に貢献した。2009年、2011年、および2013年には、世界各国のコンテンポラリー・ダンスおよびアートスクールが集まり、教育内容を披露する国際会議「Schools」を企画開催。2016年9月、パリ国立高等美術学校教授就任。同校にてコレオグラフィー、ダンス、パフォーミングアートを担当。

Global Art Practice (GAP) is a newly established MFA program in the Graduate School of Fine Arts at Tokyo University of the Arts. Our innovative curriculum is characterized by the Global Art Joint Project, a course organized jointly with leading art schools abroad.
Faculty, assistants, and students from these partner institutions and from Tokyo University of the Arts organize distinct courses with an emphasis on social art practice (the practice of contemporary art in society).
This performance and installation at the Sogetsu Kaikan on July 21st 2018 is the final presentation of an international, inter-institutional collaboration, in which a diverse group of 18 students and four educators from Tokyo University of the Arts and Beaux-Arts de Paris worked together to create a site for experimentation in dance, performance and installation.
The visions of the students, educators and the two institutions together form a unique experience at the intersection of art education and experimentation. Please look forward to its final presentation at the Sogetsu Kaikan in July.

2016年に新設された東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科グローバルアートプラクティス専攻（GAP専攻）では、海外の芸術大学とのグローバルアート共同プロジェクトを実施しております。 教員と学生が国や大学の枠組みを超えてユニットを組み、ソーシャル・アートプラクティス（現代アートの社会実践）をテーマに、さまざまな交流授業を実践する取り組みです。 そのひとつであるパリ国立高等美術学校との共同プロジェクトでは、本年、両校の国際色豊かな学生18人と教員4人が、コラボレーションを通してダンス・パフォーマンス・インスタレーションの実験の場を作り、そこで制作した作品を2018年7月21日（土）に草月会館にて発表いたします。 学生、教員、そして両校のビジョンが交差し、美術教育と実験の交差するこの取り組みの成果に、どうぞご期待ください。 ※草月プラザ開館時間9:30より、インスタレーションなど一部作品を公開します。 広報資料（外部サイト） https://mailchi.mp/6270ab371731/gap
